Make an abstract problem easy to see.

Kissflow needed an explainer for the “messy middle” — the stalled stretch between starting digital transformation and finishing it. The video had to make the idea concrete: what the messy middle is, why it slows transformation down, and how Kissflow helps teams move through it.

Resolve it on paper, then animate.

Pre-production was worked out before a single frame was animated — concept, narrative, and storyboard mapped in Figma — so production was execution rather than exploration.
